Begin
Cerberus Esports established its organization in League of Legends in December 2018 through a slot transfer contract and roster acquisition from Adonis Esports, the runner-up of the Summer 2018 season. The team included players such as yT, Pake, Sorn, Ezlove, etc., under the leadership of coach Lee Incheol, who laid the foundation for Vietnam's League of Legends scene and previously coached legendary teams like Saigon Jokers and Saigon Fantastic 5.

Rebuilding
After two unsuccessful seasons in 2019 and needing to participate in the relegation round for Spring 2020, Cerberus Esports underwent a roster overhaul. They introduced new players such as RonOP, Yado, Xuhao, and notably signed a promising young ADC Artemis.

Puppies Born
Cerberus debuted its youth team system (Academy) under the name Puppies Esports, making a strong impression on audiences and the professional community in both community and competitive tournaments.

The Pioneers
At the SEA Games 2021 qualifiers, Puppies Esports impressed the professional community by finishing 5th overall, competing closely with VCS A teams. Also in mid-2021, Cerberus Esports successfully recruited Kim 'Poss' Minchul from South Korea, becoming the first VCS team to utilize a Korean import.

First Championship
Cerberus Esports' lineup includes Pun, Poss, Yado, Artemis, RonOP, and Hieu3, with the return of EGO and guidance from coaches Yuna and Raze. They achieved a remarkable 13-1 record in the group stage and proceeded to clinch their first-ever VCS championship title in team history.

Breakthrough The Wall
Cerberus Esports faced a decline in performance during the Spring Season of 2022, partly due to some members' form issues and EGO's health concerns, which led them to secure a top 4 position. During EGO's temporary break for recovery, Cerberus Esports recruited South Korean jungle specialist Cheong 'Leash' Taekyun, forming a formidable duo with their compatriot in the top lane. Additionally, Cerberus transferred three members from Puppies Esports to Team Flash at a 1.5 times higher investment, showcasing the coaching team's capability in youth development.

Last Dance
In the Spring Season of 2023, it was the 'Last Dance' for the iconic lineup of Cerberus Esports. With the contributions of Raze, JackieWind, EGO, and the young jungler Draktharr, Cerberus achieved a top 3 finish after a narrow victory over Team Whales, but they were halted by the formidable strength of SBTC Esports.

Born Again
Cerberus balanced its financial situation with long-term planning by conducting transfers or terminating contracts with most familiar names during the mid-season transfer period. They retained Pun as a pillar for a young and promising roster. Additionally, the Puppies Esports project was relaunched with 6 young talents in the roster aged between 16 to 18 years old.

Trust The Process
After struggling in the first half of the season, Cerberus Return Round caused a seismic shift by consecutively defeating giants like GAM Esports and Team Whales, propelling themselves into the top 4 of the VCS Dusk 2023 standings before heading to the Play-Offs. At the end of the 2023 season, Cerberus parted ways with their bot lane duo and continued to place their trust in the current roster. Alongside this, they introduced young gun SlowZ and welcomed back Hieu3, a key member of their inaugural championship-winning lineup.

Unlesh the heat
Through a challenging period marred by scandals related to match-fixing in the VCS, Cerberus Esports bids farewell to the young jungler Ikigai and welcomes back the former VCS jungle legend - Meliodas. Alongside this, there are the debuts of two members promoted from the youth team, Tahahy and Yume.
